1. Install the machine in a well-ventilated place without moisture.
2. Install in a place where there is no impact from the outside.
3. Level the machine by using the height adjustment function of the caster (wheel). (There is no caster in case of tabletop type)
4. Fix the device using the lock device of the caster (wheel). (There is no CASTER in case of tabletop type)
5. Use 1ph 220V for the power of the machine and be sure to connect the ground wire of the machine. (The power plug of this product, AIRZERO nozzle type vacuum packaging machine, adopts a specification with a ground wire. However, if the power outlet at the machine installation site is a specification without a ground wire, connect the ground wire directly to the machine body)
6. Compressed air uses about 400NI/m, so install and use a suitable compressor. The air pressure of the compressed air is set between 5 and 6.5 kg/cm2. If you continuously work at more than 7 kg/cm2, it may damage the mechanical parts, and if it falls below 4.5 kg/cm2, the machine may not operate normally, so be careful. (If you pull the COCK of the air regulator upward and turn it clockwise (clockwise), the air pressure goes up, and if you turn it counterclockwise (turn left), the air pressure goes down. After setting the value to about 6 kg/cm², press the COCK to fix it. ) Also, if the compressed air is not dry and contains a large amount of moisture, the machine will not operate, so remove the moisture from the compressed air. In addition, if moisture enters the air regulator, remove it by pressing the pin at the bottom of the air regulator.
7. Connect the gas line.
8. Adjust the gas connection to maintain the proper pressure using a pressure regulator.
* Proper gas pressure is set at 1~5 kg/cm2, and it is properly combined with gas filling time according to the amount of gas input according to the size of the bag. However, adjust so that it does not exceed 5 kg/cm2.
9. Connect the foot switch to the machine body.
