The process of Vacuum packaging for chemical materials storage.

GAS FLUSHING PACKAGING(Co2, N2) is much effective for prevention of corrosion.
AIRZERO provides Vac1+Gas1+Vac2+Gas2+Seal for improve of replacement ratio.

AIRZERO is consist of 3 of functions, Vacuum Packaging, Gas Flushing Packaging, Seal.
It usable in moist area as it made as High quality stainless steel body and Anodized Aluminum Sealing bar.
Also, PLC provides a simple and convenient setting, employ.

1. Packing by vacuum degree (Unit : KPa) or time (Unit : 0.1 Sec).
2. Built-in EJECTOR PUMP(Pneumatic) and Stainless Body for Cleanroom.
3. Pneumatic method for powerful sealing and low electricity consumption.
4. Digital control unit easily detachable from the body.
5. Indicator of the operation and condition of machine (LCD, LED)
6. Safety - Sealing bar goes up immediately if fingers are got between sealing bar.
