This is how to set up an PLC for Nozzle Type Vacuum Packing Machines.
Have a look all the function keys on the Control Box.
If pressed VAC/TIME Button, V&T displayed by turns
V performs an operation following to Vacuum level,T on the other hand
is performing an Vacuum operation by the time setting.
V is an normal recommendation for this typical Vacuum operation.
Go on to the MODE Button,whenever it is pressed this MODE Button,
V,S and 1~8 letters show up on the screen.
If you do not need Gas Flusing function,just skip the 1~8 of Gas MODE.
Go on to the TIME Button in the V MODE.
By pressing the TIME Button, it enters into Vacuum control status,
here you can increase or decrease the Vacuum value by UP&DOWN Buttons.
By pressing the TIME Button once again,it enters into Sealing control status,
the more Sealing value the higher Sealing temperature you can get.
Sealing value can be set from 1 to 20.
here you can increase or decrease the value by UP&DOWN Buttons.
According to Intrise's recommendation for a proper Sealing level,
11 for a Single Heat Wire and 8 for a Double Heat Wire are being set.
By pressing the TIME Button once again,it enters into Cooling control status,
this value is normally set as 3 or 5 times higher than Sealing value.
If you think all this setting is over,press the TIME Button fianlly
to go back to original screen showing AIRZERO and its model name.
This thus ends up getting the machine ready for Vacuum & Sealing operations.
Go on to the MODE Button once again, it enters into S MODE.
S MODE can perform Sealing operation only.
By pressing the TIME Button, regulate the Sealing value by P&DOWN Buttons.
According to Intrise's recommendation for a proper Sealing level,
11 for a Single Heat Wire and 8 for a Double Heat Wire are being set.
press the TIME Button fianlly to go back to original screen
showing AIRZERO and its model name.
Go on to the MODE Button once again, it enters into Gas Flushing MODE
that shows numbers from 1 to 8 respectively.
If you do not need Gas Flusing function,just skip the 1~8 of Gas MODE.
And STOP Button carrys on stopping the machine even during the operation
is going on and make the machine goes back to original postition.
