This is how to replace Old Type Single Heat Wires for a Nozzle Type Vacuum Packing Machine.

At first, take off a Heat Holder Cover as shown in the video and raise up the Levers.

And go on to the Sealing Bar, take off a Heat Holder Cover as shown in the video and raise up the Levers.
Get the Heat Wire out from Sealing Bar by loosening the screws.

Bring a new Heat Wire and insert it through the groove of a Teflon Sheet on the Sealing Bar.

You may see a scew hole at the end it and then screw it to connect them each other.
Never touch the Leaver and keep finishing it on the other side.
After all Heat Wires connections finish, raise down the Levers.

Bring a Heat Holder Cover and put it onto the Sealing Bar by scewing it.
go on to the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.
