This is how to replace Old Type Double Heat Wires for a Nozzle Type Vacuum Packing Machine.

At first, take off a Heat Holder Cover as shown in the video and raise up the Levers.

And go on the Upper Sealing Bar, take off a Heat Holder Cover as shown in the video and raise up the Levers.

Bring a new Heat Wire and insert it inside the Teflon Sheet of the Sealing Bar.

In order to fix a Heat Wire on it, the Heat Wire needs to be bent over.

Prepare a long nosed plier and you may see the border line at the end of it.
Grasp the border with a tool and bend it over and get it positioned for screwing it later.
And also the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.  

Screw the Heat Wire to fix it but importantly, do not lowr the Lever at this time,
go on to the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.
The Heat Wire is well connected, Now raise down the Levers.

Bring a Heat Holder Cover and put it onto the Sealing Bar by scewing it.
This thus ends up finishing the Heat Wire replacement on the Lower Sealing Bar.

Becasue this machine is a Double Type, you need to do as same on the Upper Sealing Bar as well.  
Bring a new Heat Wire and insert it inside the Teflon Sheet of the Sealing Bar.
You may see a small groove beneath the Teflon Sheet for a Heat Wire to push in

Grasp the border with a tool and bend it over and get it positioned for screwing it later.
And also the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.  

Screw the Heat Wire to fix it but importantly, do not lowr the Lever at this time,
go on to the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.
The Heat Wire is well connected, Now raise up the Levers.

Now it is time for a Heat Holder Cover to put in, at this moment, you need to be extreme careful in here.
Let the open side of the Heat Holder Cover must be facing down then fix it with a screw.
Go on to the other side, do as same as you have previously done just before.
